iPhone & iPad (Safari)
Three taps — no App Store needed.

Yaadex appears on your home screen like a regular app.
Android (Chrome)
Use Chrome for the smoothest install prompt.
- Open the install link below, then tap Install Yaadex when the button appears.
- Or use the install icon ⊕ in the address bar, or menu → Install app.
- Samsung Internet: Menu → Add page to → Home screen.
Desktop (Chrome or Edge)
Install Yaadex as a desktop app for dispatchers.
- Open the install link, then click Install Yaadex or the install icon in the address bar.
- Chrome / Edge: Menu (⋮) → Install Yaadex or Install app.
- Yaadex opens in its own window — handy for a dispatch desk.
After you install
For your shop
Start on get-started if you have not applied yet.
Step 1
Open the app and sign in with the email you used on get-started

Your shop profile is created from your yaadex.com form

Book a test delivery from Deliveries
Step 4
Share the tracking link with a customer
Step 5
Go live when Portmore dispatch confirms your zone
For riders
Apply on yaadex.com/riders before you install.
Step 1
Open the app and sign in with the email from your rider application
Step 2
Wait for ops to verify you (we call within a few business days)
Step 3
After verify, go on duty from My Work
Step 4
Accept assignments from Yaadex dispatch
Step 5
Weekly payout for completed deliveries
